I would add a little more of the spices.... still tasty as it is. I had more filling than would fit into the Peppers, so I cut up the bell peppers and added them into the mix. Oiled my baking dish and put it all in together. Cooked it as directed. I would make it the way I did or stuff the peppers next time, depending on what I have. It was good.
