I did this one as per instructions and it came out great. Next time, I will only use 1/2 pound or 8 oz of noodles. Cooking this dish in a 10" skillet is OK, but when I added all the noodles, it filed it to the top of the rim, making it difficult to turn. Other than that, I loved it.
