    Turned out great. I used a stir fry mixture of frozen vegetables and more chicken than asked but it all worked out portion wise

    I haven’t made stir-fry in a while and just needed a refresher. I bought way too many veggies from the farmers’ market and needed to use them up. I love the versatility of this recipe, you can use whatever veggies or protein you want. The sauce is king though. I use Bragg’s Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce, and the balance between salty and the sweet from the honey was perfect. I served it with plain white rice.

    OMG this was so freaking good. My husband was raving about how it was better than Japanese hibachi. I will be making this instead of paying high prices at the restaurant. I made some modification based on the veggies we like and it turned out amazing.
