The nachos were good mainly because nachos are generally great and difficult to mess up. The centerpiece of these nachos is the chicken taco bowl filling, which is actually a separate recipe. I was thoroughly underwhelmed by this chicken concoction. It lacked flavour and was way too moist (wet) for nacho meat. Once you slap some melted cheese and dip it in sour cream, it’s tasty and not as heavy as a lot of nachos. But there is tastier nacho topping out there that is less effort.
