Description
When you're looking for a generous salad with Middle Eastern flavors, give chicken skewers a quick marinade with cumin, paprika, lemon, and chile flakes before grilling. Smear naan bread with hummus, then set the chicken on top with avocado, feta cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and roasted sweet potato strips. Add a spicy tahini drizzle, and dive in.

- 2 sweet potatoes (cut into matchsticks)

- 2 heads lettuce (romain, chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Persian cucumbers (sliced)

- 8 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
- fresh parsley (micro greens, + mint, for serving)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 1 inch chipotle chiles in adobo (finely chopped)
