This mix really does something! I was short on a couple items, but it didn't overly suffer. I will go back for the other ingredients on the next shopping trip just to see the difference. The only actual changes I made to the measurements: I had to leave out the thyme and dried mustard as I ran out (oops), reduced to 1/4 salt, added 1/8 curry, substituted 1/2 red pepper flakes for the cayenne, and added a Cilantro bouillon cube (this replaced some of the salt). Yummy = Happy!
