Excellent! I pounded the chicken prior to cooking as my chicken , labeled as thin sliced , wasn’t , nor was it Purdue.
I added 2 cubes of Dorot garlic and used capers ( I rinsed them first) as I had no mushrooms. My husband said he could taste the vinegar from the capers . Next time I will use the mushrooms. I served it with noodles seasoned with butter , s&p and grated parmesan. Definitely I will make this again!
