Really tasty and quick! I didn’t have white wine so substituted chicken broth instead. I suggest letting the wine or broth mix reduce down to half into a syrupy consistency before adding the final butter pieces otherwise your sauce will have too much lemon juice taste. To cut down on time I used thin chicken breast cutlets. Served it with sautéed garlic spinach.
