- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 8 oz. linguine pasta (cooked to al dente and set aside)
- chopped parsley (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- lemon butter sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 4 oz. white wine (or white cooking wine)
- 8 oz. heavy cream (may substitute regular whipping cream)
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
