Great meal, I par boiled my potatoes before putting them in the oven. I didn’t have cayenne pepper so used Cajun seasoning instead.
My family really enjoyed it.

For a quicker recipe - I used the diced potatoes (Simply Potato- refrig section near butter in stores) and Aidells pineapple and bacon chicken sausage. Started the potatoes first in a skillet the cut the sausage like coins and added them to the pan. Seasoned with just salt and pepper. Added some shredded chedddar cheese on top to melt at the end. A little side of sour cream - Delicious !!

Very good, I cooked the potatoes in a skillet with some boil and they tasted delicious! The sausage was a good flair added to the potatoes
