- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (I used Sambal Oelek Chili Paste)
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves (skinless, cubed)
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced on the diagonal)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (piece, minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. chili paste (such as Sambal Oelek, omit this if you don't tolerate spicy foods well)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. hot water
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 dash salt (and pepper)

Yummy, easy, almost always have everything needed!! I use my air-fryer for this… so easy, yet people think its gourmet… I get lots of “ make this again” ohmYum good!’

did this with the oven and the sauce wasn't left overnight. Still good nonetheless!

Very simple as far as satays go but the results were great, the family said it was the best satay they had eaten.
If you like a satay that’s not overly sweet and has a bit of a citrus zing give it a try. I used chicken and beef, both went well grilled on skewers over coals.

Only used this recipe for dipping sauce Love the peanut dipping sauce! used chunky peanut butter and used gochujang for spice. Turned out amazingly tangy, sweet, salty and umami!
