This is always good. I use boneless skinless breast and cook about 3 minutes on a side. I keep it warm in the oven so I want it a little underdone so it doesn't dry. I've also found it's better to wrap the chicken completely not just lay a piece on top. And you can put sage on both sides.
The sauce will split if you blink with it on the heat, so mix it completely off the burner.
