Good! Great crunch. I added a bit more mayonnaise because it was a little dry. There’s definitely some room to experiment with other/additional ingredients in the future.

I made this but omitted the ginger and added walnuts. It was still wonderful, healthy and filling and held my appetite ‘til dinner :)

Awesome tasting...added some dill relish and fresh ground mustard and it made ut really pop!
