Such an easy recipe and great flavor! I buy a rotisserie chicken to make quick and simple.

Great version! I always add a little green apples for tartness and definitely switch out mayo for miracle whip! Delicious, simple, recipe!

The household loved it. The ingredients really come together well. I’m sure my partner will ask me to make it again.

This recipe was so easy to make and, I give this recipe a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being delicious! I will definitely make it again.

Exactly the recipe I was looking for. I did add a little garlic salt and herb seasoning for a little more flavor. Even the kids loved it!

Loved this! I agree with SavvyCook - it only takes a few minutes to do the pecans on the stove top, and it really adds a lot! Thanks for the tip, @SavvyCook!

Very good! Had to substitute Apple for the dried cherries. I prefer 50:50 mayonnaise & Miracle Whip. It only takes 4-5 minutes to roast pecans on the stovetop. We would have missed the wonderful crunch if I’d skipped them. This is my go-to Chicken Salad recipe. 1 lb of chicken makes way too much for a couple. I suggest cutting the recipe in half if you aren’t cooking for a family, or you’ll be eating Chicken Salad for 4 days.

it turned out great. i loved it, however my four year old daughter hated the grapes in it. She pulled them out of her sandwiches.

This was really good! I didn’t have the pecans or dried tomatoes for it, also I used only half of real mayo and a heaping table spoon or miracle whip, I added some paprika to it to give it a little bit of a kick and lastly instead of a salad I kept the ingredients separated and made a sandwich where I just layered everything. Definitely gonna make this again!

This is a delicious chicken salad. A perfect combination of crunchy, creamy, sweet, and peppery. The only alteration I made was to add 100 gr. of prepared quinoa as I had only 325 grams of chicken.

Made this using a rotisserie chicken (twice now) and it is fantastic. Makes a lot more servings than it says. I like to add a touch of garlic salt in lieu of regular salt which I think helps give it a little more flavor. The cherries and grapes are a great balance with the mayo. The nuts give it just the right crunch. I might try apples next time to see how that works.

It was ok, but the kids didn't like it. I made the following alterations: 1/2 c mayo, 1/2 c miracle whip, raisins instead of dried cherries. I added 1/2 avocado to my wrap, and put it on top of lettuce. Added a bit of spicy mustard, too. It was good, but again, the kids didn't dig it; they didn't like the pecans.

Absolutely delicious. I am incredibly picky when it comes to Chicken Salad. Toski-Sands in Petoskey, MI has been the only deli I have ever liked their C/S...until now.

My daughter made this chicken salad. She did modify it my substituting greek yogart instead of mayonnaise. It was absolutely delicious. The grapes and cherries gave it both a sweet and tart flavor. She also added a squirt of organic lemon juice. We ate it on pita bread with a greek salad. YUMMY! Will definitely prepare it for friends and family in the near future. Can't wait for summer.
