OMG!! This was the easiest chicken salad to make and it turned out delicious! Definitely a keeper!

I made this with some left over rotisserie chicken. I didn't use the apples because I didn't have any. This came out to be the best and tastiest chicken salad I ever made. I added celery and a bit of red onion as well. The Greek yogurt adds a nice tangy taste to it. Will definitely make again.
