Pretty good. For my preference I doubled the pickle relish. I used dill relish. I also added about a 1/2 cup of dried cranberries. Will make again.

Great recipe. I just used the ideas here as a base and worked with what I had in the kitchen for a quick summer lunch. I used left over rotisserie chicken but did not have dill, parsley, or Greek yogurt. I did use candied pecans which was a nice touch. I also added a drop of lemon essential oil to brighten it up and served it up on lettuce wraps.

Wonderful chicken salad sandwich. I mill my own grain and this recipe was fantastic with the whole grain toasted bread.
