this is the only recipe I use for chicken salad and everyone raves over it. I do a couple of changes when I make it, I use a rotisserie chicken from my supermarket and pull it from the bone and my boston gets a couple pieces of the skin the rest of the skin goes to the trash. I also add pecans or walnuts to the recipe and then serve it on buttery croissants from the supermarket. Overall it is the best I have ever eaten!
