This is a favorite of ours now. It’s healthy but tastes decadent. It never seems to make as many as the recipe suggests so I make a little extra. Bonus is that it heats up pretty well for leftovers! Served with mashed potatoes

This is a funny one. I used to flatten out the chicken breast before I realized stores sell chicken pre-made for a dish like this. Talk about twice the work! This recipe is absolutely delicious and worth the effort and love that goes into making it.
