- 2 1/2 chicken breasts (– diced)
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 5 cloves garlic (– chopped)
- 1 green pepper
- 4 hot peppers (in a jar-diced)
- 1 onion
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 jar tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 cups fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- cornstarch
- 1 1/2 lb. rigatoni pasta

Directions
- In a large pot, melt the butter and cook chicken over med. heat until white.
- Add mushrooms, garlic – cook 5 min.
- Add peppers & onion, season with salt & pepper – cook 5 min.
