    Delicious! Used raw chicken thighs and added chopped onion, garlic powder and chili powder (since I read the dish was a little bland).

    I substituted chicken thighs for the shredded chicken and it was easy to portion out! The thighs are super tender from cooking in the rice mix! To make it less bland, I season the thighs and rice mix with ground black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes!

    love this. i add an extra can of cream of chicken since i dont like cream of mushroom. it is amazing. my nephews love it. sometimes i add broccoli and its great

    I made this today to use up some extra chicken and broth we had on hand. It's easy and delicious! Added smoked Chipotle paprika, yummy!
