- 1/2 tsp. ginger paste (or ~1 inch fresh ginger)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (1 large, ~2/3 cup, chopped into small pieces)
- 3/4 cup broccoli (chopped, chopped into small pieces)
- 2 oz. mushrooms (chopped, ~3/4 cup chopped into small pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar (or packed dark, I like dark)
- 1 chicken breast (large, OR thigh, 1/2 pound, chopped into small bite-size pieces)

I made this for my daughter and she really enjoyed it. I toned the sriracha down but she said it could’ve been hotter! Thumbs up all round
