    i made this almost exactly as written. i didnt measure the chicken and just used two breasts, i used a lot more broth to cook it in (i used a very large pan), i put a whole bag of frozen peas in and i used only cake flour, as it was all i had. oh, and i used regular milk with vinegar in place of the buttermilk. with those very minor changes it was fantastic. perfect comfort food and the kids loved it. i did cook it for 45 minutes because i cooked it from lukewarm. i will definitely make this again.
