  • 8 ounces vegan sour cream (alternative)
  • 8 ounces meal (packages Morningstar Farms, Starters Chick’n Strips, thawed, and cut into bite size pieces, or substitute 1 pound chicken-flavored seitan, purchased or homemade)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced, drained)
  • 1/4 cup dairy free margarine (melted)
  • 7 ounces buttery crackers (vegan, such as Late July or Ritz, crushed)
