- 1 chicken (or hen or leftovers)
- 80 grams flour
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 carrot
- 3 feet (parsley)
- 50 mL olive oil
- 2 chicken broth cubes (or salt)
- 100 mL white wine
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg (to brush)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg
- 50 mL olive oil
- 50 mL water
- 50 mL white wine
- 80 grams margarine
- 40 grams baking powder (or 1 sachet of granulated yeast)
- 450 grams flour
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions
- For the dough, mix olive oil, water, wine and softened margarine.
- Add egg, baking powder and gradually add flour.
- Mix well. Let rest for 30 minutes.
