- 3/4 cup all purpose flour (can also use a gluten free Flour if you follow this diet)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. herbs (fresh chopped, ., I used basil, thyme, oregano and parsley.)
- 4 boneless chicken breast (skinless, each cut in half and pounded ½ inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (I used a chardonnay)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (and zest of ½ lemon)
- 1 tomato (diced, I removed most of the seeds)
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts (baby whole, drained, with liquid)
- 3 Tbsp. capers (with liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 3 Tbsp. cooking liquid
