Excellent. Wonderful balance of flavors with a delicious and classic sauce. Like others, I used a bit less lemon and I doubled the sauce. Served it with campanelle with a light San Marzano tomato sauce and a Caprese salad. A keeper! Thanks Williams-Sonoma.

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts so I skipped the flour step. I made extra sauce to pour on the sides of mushrooms and broccoli I made. This is a great recipe for dinner guests!

Delicious! I added in a small amount of white wine vinegar (would have just done dry white wine if I had any) and it was pretty tasty. The dish has a strong lemon flavor which I personally like but just FYI!

Easily some of the bests chicken I've ever made. The flavor is super bright and sunny and a joy to eat. It also really compliments other Italian sides like risotto.

Delicious!!! I minced some garlic and added it with the shallots but everything else was the same!!! It was very easy to make!!! I would also suggest doubling the ingredients for the sauce. I would have liked a little more. But I definitely will make this again!! Delicious!!!!

It was amazing!! My husband said it was better than Maggiano’s or any other piccata he’d ordered out at a restaurant! It didn’t seem too difficult either! I will definitely be making again-although I might double the ingredients for the pan sauce, I feel like wanted a bit more.

Made this tonight and made minor modifications as I usually do while cooking. Was a bit too lemony so I added more wine as well as some juice from the capers. This is simple and quick. Served over a bit of spinach linguine

Fantastic recipe, suggest using chicken bullion instead of broth, its a little less salty.

Was delicious!! Was nervous about the only seasoning being the salt and pepper on the chicken but the sauce at the end made it perfect!

Ive made this about 4x. The best I've made was doubling the chicken broth and put the chicken back in it to simmer for a few minutes. The lemon would be too overpowering for me if more broth wasn't added. Served it with thin linguini and either broccoli or asparagus. Yum!
