I used thin cut chicken breasts and it saved a lot of time. Used a little bit of olive oil instead of just olive oil spray. Otherwise kept the recipe as is. I served it with pasta and rolls. I have made this before and I will make it again.

I bought thin chicken cutlets so I didn’t have to flatten them.
