The chicken was very tender but the sauce needed some help. I added chicken bouillon, a flour thickener and salt. He said really good, make it again. We’ll see!

I tried another chicken piccata recipe on this site and quickly deleted it
from my list of dishes to make again. THIS recipe was a keeper and I will be making again and again. Not too lemony and plenty of sauce, very easy to prepare. Thank you!!

Overall it was yumly, however, cooking the chicken for only 2.5 minutes each side - no, more like 5 minutes each side. Also not enough sauce for 4 services. I would definitely up the broth and leave the capers the same.

Chicken was amazing. Lemon didn’t bother me but my partner was turned off by the strong lemon sauce. He stated it was too strong.

Great authentic taste! Doubled sauce because we love it. Entire family of spouse and 2 young adult children loved it as well.

I cut full size chicken breasts in half. Followed remainder of instructions exactly. Sauce was a little too lemony. Added a tablespoon on flour with cold water; added to sauce... thickened it and cut some of the lemon bitter. Chicken was tender and delicious! Served over a bed of jasmine rice.

Great dish and very easy to make. Just don't forget to use a little flour in with the butter to thicken the sauce a bit.

This was good, the instructions weren’t great but I managed. I may make again, but with another recipe. I baked the chicken in the over for a bit while I made the sauce, I could tell it wasn’t cooked after sautéing it

Great! Only did 2 chicken breasts but enough sauce for 4 so left over for another dish served with brown rice & fresh asparagus delicious!

This is a keeper. I made this for a birthday celebration and it was a hit with adults and teenagers.

Was delicious ! I bought chicken breasts next time will get cutlets because had to cook longer in pan but wasn’t a big deal family loved it ! I used shallots I also put over very lightly buttered spaghetti. Empty plates all around

It was delish! I wish my sauce was thicker, but the chicken was tender and it had just enough lemon flavor. I will make again.

Made this on a bed of zoodles and it turned out fantastic. Probably one of the best and easiest recipes I’ve made in a while

Only tweak I have might be a little less lemon, granted, I didn't measure it all out so it is probably my fault! Easy to make and so good.

Quick and easy Chicken Piccata...no recipe tweaking needed. My family loved it and made sure I kept the recipe
