- 3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (small fresh or dried)
- 2 tsp. Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
- 1 Tbsp. kecap manis (or soy sauce)
- 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts (1lb 2oz)
- 200 grams leaves (pack choi sum, shredded, stems cut into bite sized pieces)
- 300 grams rice noodles (pack chilled cooked)
- 100 grams beansprouts (rinsed, drained)
- 1 handful coriander leaf (roughly torn)
- 225 grams strawberries (sliced)
- 175 grams raspberries
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 red chili peppers (Thai birds eye, roughly chopped with seeds)
