- 1 pizza dough
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup roasted chicken (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper (sliced into 3-inch thin strips)
- 1/8 red onion (sliced thin)
- 1 Roma tomato (sliced thin)
- 1 Tbsp. gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Roll out raw pizza dough on a countertop approximately 12 inches in diameter.
- Once the grill is preheated, lower the temperature setting to Medium, and partially bake the pizza dough on the preheated Grill Attachment for about 4 minutes until it is a light golden color. Carefully remove the dough from the oven with a pizza peel or flat baking sheet. Return the Grill Attachment to the oven, so it stays at temperature.
