  • 1/2 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella (part-skim, divided)
  • 6 ounces chicken (leftover shredded, rotisserie works great)
  • 1/4 cup dried tomatoes (minced drained sun-, packed in oil)

    When I used my crust to lower sodium it was fantastic! Love Yummly as it is such a great place to get good ideas, recipes and hear how others make great changes as well.

    easy, turned out really well, didn't modify anything. Thinking of trying it with goats cheese or mozzarella balls.
