Super simple and very flavorful. Once done baking I seared in a cast iron for a bit of texture.

SO good! I took read someone else’s review to also season the chicken with Italian seasoning (I used the mrs.dash salt-free) and that was NOT a mistake. So good and easy, will definitely be making again!

The family loved the chicken but I also seasoned it with Italian herbs which really kicked it up a notch! Keeping this recipe to use again!

Made this with Gotham pesto (best pesto I’ve had outside of Italy!) and fresh mozzarella. It was quick, easy and delicious. I served it with salad but next time I’ll probably make it with rice pilaf. There weren’t many leftovers but my husband said the last piece of chicken was excellent for lunch the next day!

We made this for the family and everyone loved it! Paired it with Texas toast and still came out under 500 calories. I've been trying to add proteins to every meal and this worked out perfectly.

This was easy and delicious! Also very pretty and made the coworkers envious when I took leftovers to work. I used a ball of fresh mozzarella instead of shredded—Yum! By keeping portion sizes modest and serving with a large side of steamed broccoli, this fit nicely into my calorie budget.

Really yummy change up from our normal plain baked chicken. Forgot the tomatoes! But I know they will make this recipe even better when I make it next time!

Used Classico brand pesto on top - tasted amazing. Chicken came out very tender. Put on top of rice pilaf. Perfect recipe - will make again!

Easy and delicious. Prep is a breeze and cook time is also quite short. Will definitely make again.

As many have stated, this meal is easy and tasteful. I first brined my chicken breasts which makes them juicier. Loved all the ingredients, but it was not what I expected. It was lacking something, so I doubt if I will make this again.
