  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 5 tablespoons water (Plain)
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (cut to quarter or 16 Quail eggs (hard boiled))
  • 2 stalks spring onion (cut to 1″ length & some chopped coriander leaves)
  • 500 grams flour (Pau/Hong Kong flour)
  • 2 1/2 yeast (flat tsp)
  • 100 milliliters lukewarm water
  • 125 grams caster sugar
  • 5 teaspoons shortening (I used mooncake shortening)
  • 2 1/8 baking powder (flat tsp DA)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 100 milliliters water (+ 1 tsp, I used fresh milk)
