The mozzarella didn’t melt well, it wasn’t super flavorful. Still good I guess

It was bland. I added 1/4 parm and used thinly shredded mozzarella so it melted quickly and I used light cream instead of milk. I thought it came out pretty creamy. It just needs more seasonings. I’ll make it again but adding some spices next time.

It was very delicious, but the mozzarella really didn’t do so well. Really didn’t melt. On a positive note I added grated Parmesan and Tony Chacheres it heightened the lime flavor.

really easy to make! it was a big hit with the adults but the kids werent huge fans :(

Husband loved it! Easy prep, turned out great.. would definitely make it again :)

It's ok, but the lime and cilantro got lost in translation, It's an ok weekday dinner, but it was very plain.
