The sauce was so good! I recommend this recipe 100%. I’ve never fried chicken before and I made the mistake of marinating it before and not drying it off before it trying it in the cloud mixture. Learn from my mistake haha.

Amazing. Great advice on heating temperatures. Took longer than I anticipated but was worth the wait and will make again!

Very good chicken parm. I can't have gluten, so I replaced the flour with fine ground oats (for the breading) and used G-free noodles. I was surprised with how good it still ended up tasting! (although the breading didn't stick to the chicken as well as I imagine regular flour would have, but that's on me for substituting).

Very good! I’ve tweaked the recipe and make it with apple cider vinegar instead of wine and prefer to serve over angel hair pasta. It’s a simple recipe to make too and yummy!

Easy recipe. The whole family loved it. Just tone down on the salt (don’t do the same mistake as I did lol)

The sauce was really good! I was surprised how much flavor it had for so little time simmering. I used boxed crushed tomatoes (Cirio Italian with basil). I would use less oil next time.

This recipe was great! The sauce with the wine was so savory I probably ate more than I needed to eat. The chicken probably should've been cooking while the sauce was cooking but it all turned out great

Next time I will use less olive oil. I cooked until I ran out of time and it just wouldn’t brown! Also needs more flavouring. Maybe Italian seasoning. My stovetop is always a mess after cooking tomato sauce but will make again and add the bay leaves.

I halved the recipe and it turned out pretty good. I think I let the wine reduce a little too much, but overall it was very yummy. I will try to make again!
