I changed some things. Left out the flaxseed. meal. I roasted the zucchini noodles in olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano
I put the cooked chicken on top of the zucchini noodles when they were almost done. I toppd the chicken with some of my spaghetti sauce, Bertoli, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. I returned the dish to the oven to finish. It was yummy. My husband had two servings.
