    Delicious!! But, DONT cook it for any more than 35 minutes. Ground chicken has hardly any fat and it will be dry!! So good tho. I loved it.

    Tasted pretty good but needs a couple of tweaks. Certainly some salt and pepper, probably a little less breadcrumbs, and the cook time is a bit long, came out a little dry.

    good recipe. kid friendly. used garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. will make again.

    The flavors of the meatloaf were great but the texture was off. I always follow the recipe exactly when making something for the first time and make changes from there. I think this recipe used too much bread crumbs and the cooking time completely dried it out. I found a similar recipe that called for less on each of these issues so I will try that one next time.
