- 15 oz. part skim ricotta cheese (container, I like Polly-o, almost 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped basil (fresh, plus more for garnish)
- 4 3/4 cups marinara sauce (homemade or jarred, from about 2)
- 9 oz. no boil lasagna noodles (I used Barilla)
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 3 cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese

I definitely learned that I prefer keeping my lasagna and chicken parm as two separate dishes after making this.
