I really loved how they came out in the oven... soft and full of flavor, however, I think was pressed for time, so I took 2 burgers and sautéed them, pressing down to make flat to make sure they cook all the way through, and my son loved them! I did put the tomato sauce and mozzarella on top with sourdough bread and I got a double thumbs up! Thank you for the recipe!
