Lovely but needed to make extra sauce as there wasn’t quite enough to coat all the noodles

We've made this a couple of times now and it is awesome! Used fish sauce and not soy and added a bit more lime juice at the end; also used all of the optional ingredients. We've tried another recipe that had tamarind paste and it was not nearly as good as this recipe!
