    YUM! I used leftover rotisserie chicken thighs and dried thyme instead of fresh. I used the Better than Buillon and I think that made the difference. It was mucus better than expected.

    Very good recipe. Played around with the spices but the basic recipe is very solid. I thoroughly enjoyed this soup and you will too!

    Delicious!! I used boneless skinless breasts instead and browned them a little too long, but everything still came out wonderfully. Great flavor!

    This was sooooo good!! I used dried thyme instead of fresh thyme and I used boneless chicken breast and didn’t have to cook as long as I would have with bones.
