Outstanding. I used a rotisserie chicken but only put in a little more than half. I also added ground ginger and garlic, just because, but I love the addition of parsnip. I’ve never actually used that and it adds a wonderfully rich taste to the broth.

Tasty and easy but had to add a bit of extra sauce (soy/spicy sauce) as was lacking in flavour a little bit. Very healthy

Great soup changes I made was to add 4cups bone chicken broth in place of water replaced egg noodles with whole wheat spaghetti noodles less amount than recipe requires to lessen calories yummy

It was simple to make and yummy. I wished it was a littler saltier. I even used 4 cups of chicken broth and 4 cups of water instead of just water. But it was tasty and easy to make

This recipe is lovely. I'm a weirdo and never cook my noodles in my soup, because if you have leftovers you have to eat soggy, garbage noodles, so i store noodles and soup separately. But this soup is delicious.

Absolutely delicious. Best chicken noodle soup I've had since my mother was alive 3 years ago. Thank you for sharing this recipe. One thing though, I used parsley not dill

The soup turned out delicious. The flavor is great, especially with the dill, and it was perfect for a sick day in.

This recipe is a keeper. My son enjoyed helping to cook this dish and loved the flavor. My husband was impressed. Definitely the best chicken noodle soup recipe we've tried to date. Plus it was easy enough to make even when you're pressed for time. WONDERFUL!
