Delicious meal. Very fresh, light and colorful. Super flavorful as well. Four out of five only because cooking the chocolate is hot and stressful, and it definitely takes longer than 20 min to prep and cook. Tip for next time - the dish is perfectly balanced until you add rice which detracts from the flavor some. Next time I’ll use only a little bit of rice to to keep the focus on those delicious peaches.
