My husband and I thought this was pretty good and will probably make even better sanwiches tomorrow. Our teens HATED it and said it tasted like cheese flavored paper. Ground chicken is pretty flavorless when you are used to real meatballs.

Great meatball and definitely kid friendly! All my casserole dishes were occupied with holiday cookies, so I used a baking sheet with parchment and shaved 10 min off the cook time. I added a little more breadcrumbs to stiffen up the mix. Served on a club roll (lightly toasted in the oven) with tomato sauce, and thinly sliced fresh mozzarella. Will definitely make again. Thanks!
