Description
These buffalo chicken meatballs are the perfect appetizer for game day entertaining. They only require 6 ingredients and 45 minutes to make, and at 210 calories per serving they are not going to get you off your diet like fried wings would. If you want to try these as a meal, serve them in a roll with cheese and extra sauce for a buffalo chicken meatball sub or use them to top a salad with a little bit of your favorite creamy dressing.

- 40 grams butter
- 0.5 kilograms chicken breast (ground)
- 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions
- Preheat the oven at 232C.
- Heat the butter and the hot sauce in a deep skillet on medium until the butter melts, and let it cool off.
- Grease a cooking tray with cooking spray.
