This recipe is from an Indian friend. It tastes better than any curry dishes I've ever tried before.

  • 0.5 kilograms chicken fillet
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions (fresh)
  • 25 teaspoons masala (powder)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking cream (light)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • coriander (for garnish)

    Directions

    1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces (~3cm).
    2. Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.
    3. Season chicken with 1 tsp masala powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp water within 5 mins.
