This recipe is from an Indian friend. It tastes better than any curry dishes I've ever tried before.
Ingredients

- 0.5 kilograms chicken fillet
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions (fresh)
- 25 tsp. masala (powder)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. cooking cream (light)
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- coriander (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Cut chicken fillet into pieces (~3cm).
- Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.
- Season chicken with 1 tsp masala powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp water within 5 mins.
