- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 7 Tbsp. butter (divided)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 16 oz. sliced mushrooms (baby bella, or shitake mushrooms)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth (i use college inn)
- 1 1/4 cups marsala wine (. i use cribari cellars. use any brand)
- 1 pinch chives (for garnish if desired, optional)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. basil (for step 6)
