    The basic recipe for Chicken Marsala was good. To get more sauce, I doubled the wine and broth and I added extra mushrooms, because I love mushrooms. I would add more seasoning, maybe thyme.

    yummly. used cremini, button, and shitake mix. skipped chicken broth, used extra marsala wine instead. margarine instead of butter.

    Turned out absolutely amazing! I doubled the sauce since it seemed that it wouldn’t be quite enough. And I’m really glad I did as even being doubled it was barely enough. Very tasty and very easy meal!!

    This was very tasty. The chicken was moist and tender, and the sauce was delicious -- just wish there was more of it! I was challenged trying to get the chicken breasts flat enough, so I had to cook it a little longer. i didnt have Marsala wine, so I used a cabernet sauvignon I had on hand. it was good, but next time I'll buy some marsala to try it. I will make this again!

    I made this on a whim at the last minute and it was late. I cheated to cut the time in half. It was incredible! I sliced horizontally instead of pound (I know, I know). Used onion (had no shallots). Portabello mushrooms (it's what I had) and fresh parsley from a window pot. Maybe because I always grind pepper and salt that food tastes better, and never over cook chicken but it took me 15 min and it was delicious. Love it! Thank you
