This is my go to chicken marsala recipe. Easy quick weeknight dinner or a big crowd pleaser. I like to add some extra butter and drizzle marsala over the chicken before transferring it to a baking dish and add thinly sliced garlic while autéing the mushrooms, cook that a little longer while keeping the chicken warm in a 175° oven… maybe adding a a little extra Marsala in the pan and vino in my glass 😉Bon a petit🥂🍾
p.s. I serve with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli or green beans al dente, but the options are endless!

I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts and butter flavored margarine instead of butter because of dietary constraints. It was amazing! My kids (adults, but still my kids) loved it! Also I used red wine and brandy because I didn't have marsala wine. It was delicious. I will definitely make it again and again!

My family loved it! Especially my teenage son! Really loved the mushrooms! I typically don’t adjust recipes on the first go, but for this one I had to (sorry!). I used 3 bscb, and just cut them into 6 filets. The butter and EVOO wasn’t enough, we cook on a gas range so I think it cooks hotter anyhow. Seemed like it was missing something so I added sliced shallot with the mushrooms (fantastic!). Used garlic salt and pepper to season the chicken prior to putting in flour. Next time I will be adding more mushrooms and more wine.

I didn’t use mushrooms as my family won’t eat them so I added 1T of flour to the oil and 1 cup of broth to get a gravy

Came out great! I left out the black pepper and seasoned the chicken with a little garlic. 10/10

easy to make. turned out great. doesnt come with a lot of sauce so more of a stand alone dish than for making pasta

I really enjoyed this. I did add a bunch of chopped garlic at the same time that I cooked the mushrooms, a shallot would have been good instead of garlic, but I didn't have one. I thought it was a restaurant quality dish. I served with garlic mashed potatoes and a green vegetables. I can't wait to make it again.

This was delicious! I am a cook-in-training and I found this recipe easy to follow. I only wish I had extra sauce, I would have liked to mix the sauce with pasta. I am not a fan of mushrooms so I left them out,

Amazingly good I added some corn starch to thicken up and served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts

I thought it was weird that the chicken wasnt seasoned and the flour had nothing in it. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and also added salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the flour mixture. Im glad i added my own seasonings and it turned out delicious! The whole family loved it and i got no complains.
