    My family liked it but they wanted more sauce and thicker sauce than what I had done. I had seen other comments and doubled the sauce already. I also didn't like its thinness and did thicken it with cornstarch a little bit, but it still needed to be thicker. I will add garlic next time. I didn't have enough onion so I wanted to do onion powder instead (but forgot it). I served mine with warm German potato salad (very nice combo).

    My family and me loved this. I did more sauce and mushrooms than the recipe says and apart from sealing the chicken I put them to simmer in the sauce before I served them. It was super delicious!!

    Turned out really good. Next time I’m gonna make a lot more sauce bc it doesn’t yield too much as per the recipe. I paired it with sautéd asparagus. Good side for it if you don’t want the usual carbs that go with it

    The sauce was very runny like water. Maybe I was supposed to add something like flour or corn starch?

    It was awesome! I have made this several times and tried something different this time. I added home made carb free noodles to toss in the Marsala tonight. Recipe for those is as follow: Two fresh eggs, large size, and place in blender with a dash of garlic powder and onion powder and one quarter of real cream cheese. Blend on high till mixture is creamy. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and spread with butter spray, pour very slowly onto cookie sheet and spread very thin. Cook in oven 325 degrees for 10 minutes and place to cool before cutting. ) I use a pizza cutter to slice thin then toss in Marsala sauce for a few minutes to warm up and serve with a little of Parmesan cheese on top and parsley for color. If sauce is to thin mix a little cornstarch with water and mix into sauce to thicken. Emm good!

    This was my second go at marsala, first time with this recipe. It was a definite hit, and a healthier option as opposed to the usual creamy, cheesey sauces that dress our protiens. I used portobello mushrooms instead of the crimini the recipe called for and they were delicious. Served along side steamed broccoli, this meal will be repeated.

    Made this one tonight and it turned out really good. Even my picky 3 yr old liked it! I did use a little extra Marsala and thickened the sauce with some corn starch, but it was super easy to make so I think I’ll keep this recipe!

    Delish!!! I tweaked the recipe... using more mushrooms and chicken stock. The Chicken breasts that I had were very large. I found the recipe to be delicious but kind of more on the stock side, so I thickens w/ a bit of cornstarch dissolved in water. The recipe is Very tasty, even my husband really liked it and he’s not a big fan of chicken.

    Perfect! After I tasted it, I completely forgot to add the parsley at the end! This will be a keeper!
    This was so easy to make and actually really good. My 10 year old even enjoyed it. I seasoned my chicken with herbs and it was not over seasoned at all by the added extra. This will definitely be a regular dish in my house!

    I like more Marsala, so I would not use chicken broth next time. would make again, but not thia recipe

    Followed this recipe exactly and it turned out really good. Better than the plates ive ordered at restaurants. so happy I tried to make this at home.
    nice recipe i just overcooked the meat and the sauce caramelized a lot! It was my mistake! however, the taste except for the dryness was authentic

    I doubled the Marsala and the cooking time to simmer on low covered. Added portobello mushrooms, butter, and beef stock. Served over mashed potato. Came out lovely.

    Great! super easy & flavorful. I added about 1 tablespoon blended parsley, it worked really well. Served over rice with sliced tomatoes.

    Made it many times, great recipe, thank you! Chicken is so moist and perfectly seasoned, I personally add more mushrooms- all around delicious!
